Hideaway By The Sea
Hideaway by the sea is a 2 minute walk to beach.
Situated at the end of a quiet no through road with beach access to Red Rocks beach directly opposite your front door and Aussie Golf Ranch at the back of the property. Ideal for a family or couples.
The space
Two story three bedroom open plan living and large outdoor undercover entertainment area is a great place to enjoy the long summer evenings or just a relaxing break from the everyday stress.
The lower level offers three bedrooms, master bedroom queen size bed with bathroom access. Second bedroom a double bed and third bedroom two single beds. Large bathroom with corner spa bath, shower and vanity, separate toilet with basin and a small equiped laundry with washing machine and laundry basin.
The upstairs living area comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, dining and large open plan living that leads out to a large undercover entertainment area with BBQ. A great area for entertaining guests and enjoying a summers night on the balcony. Brand new quality furnishings throughout including Microwave, dishwasher, oven, hotplates, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV, DVD, outdoor furniture, BBQ.
Upstairs has split system heating and cooling and downstairs bedrooms have a wall heater in the main bedroom and second bedroom and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Linen:
- All beds supplied with linen and bath towels.
- All beds have electric blankets
- You are required to supply your own beach towels
Peak Periods:
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times it may involve linen being left on the beds but the beds not being made up.
For G.P, Superbikes and other major events all beds will be made up.
Guest access
Check in with a pin code for key box access. Pin code is changed after every booking. Host is off site but contactable by email/phone at any time. Pin emailed to guests the day before check in.
Guests will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of the locked cupboard under the stairs used to store linen and supplies.
Other things to note
Check in is strictly 3pm onwards as arriving early may result in the house not cleaned from the guest before hand.
Check out is strictly 10am.
House Security
For security reasons please keep the house locked at all times.
Theft and/or loss of guest’s property are the guest’s responsibility. The owner will take no responsibility for the guest’s personal property during or after the stay.
Guests
The number of guests must not exceed six people.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. You may smoke outside using the ashtray provided and the glass sliding door must be closed.
Party Policy
Parties and functions are strictly prohibited on the premises. In the event that a guest is identified as having a party I reserve the right to request the guests to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur the guest will be charged for the remaining nights accommodation.
Noise Curfew
Please be respectful of the neighbours. No loud music or noise after midnight Friday & Saturday. 10PM Sunday to Thursday.
- Check out is by 10:00am on your departure day.
- Check in after 2:00pm
- Please tidy up the house to the condition it was when you arrived.
- Please clean any dirty dishes or run the dishwasher before you depart.
- Please make sure all heating/cooling, lights and electric blankets are turned off.
- Please take all rubbish and recyclables to the outside bins.
- Please lock all doors and close all windows and return key to key box and lock key box.
