  Even better than the photos! Perfect location less than 20 metres to the beach front & a 5 min drive to Cowes centre, would recommend to anyone travelling to Phillip island !!

Also great communication from Debbie and had zero issues with the stay.

Just... read more a couple of remarks with regards to the house. Holidaying with young kids is fun as long as there’s safety measures in place from parents point of view and we feel that whilst it’s not necessary for the owners to provide or install it, a safety child gate at the top of the stairs would be a welcome addition. With only one toilet in the house, another toilet upstairs would also come in handy especially as it is a 3 bedroom rental property with the possibility of having 3 couples stay in the house at the same time.
We found the kitchen to be well equipped with plenty of utensils and even little bowls and plates for kids - which is always a bonus. Very spacious and well appointed living room with a variety of DVDs to watch for both kids and adults. Also plenty of space on the sofa.
Great location right next to the beach track and very secluded.
We would definitely come back again.
