House Security
For security reasons please keep the house locked at all times.
Theft and/or loss of guest’s property are the guest’s responsibility. The owner will take no responsibility for the quest’s personal property during or after the stay.
Guests
The number of guests must not exceed six people.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. You may smoke outside using the ashtray provided and the glass sliding door must be closed.
Party Policy
parties and functions are strictly prohibited on the premises. In the event that a guest is identified as having a party I reserve the right to request the quests to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does not occur the guest will be charged for the remaining night accommodation.
Noise Curfew
Please be respectful of the neighbours. No loud music or noise after midnight Friday & Saturday. 10PM Sunday to Thursday.
