Waves Phillip Island provides the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. Leave the car behind as you are across the road from Cowes beach & parklands, and only minutes walk to cafes, restaurants & the main shopping strip. Perfect for a family holiday or weekend break.

The space
Self contained studio apartment is located on the ground floor and can sleep a family of five or one couple in comfort. Apartment has heating and cooling.
Apartment features two rooms with a kitchenette, a living area and a separate bathroom with a corner spa bath for two people as well as a separate shower. A hairdryer is provided.
The bedroom living area has a queen size bed, a built in robe, TV, DVD and a desk area with a chair. The living area has two couches where you may sit and watch the TV or a DVD or simply relax taking in the sunshine or glimpses of the water views. This room also leads out to a paved patio area with table and chairs.
The kitchenette and dining area, has a wall mounted TV, dining table and chairs, under bench fridge/ freezer, hotplates, microwave, pots and pans, microwave dishes, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, toaster and kettle.
The tri bunk bed is also part of the kitchenette. This room can be closed off by a sliding door.
Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and small milk.
I also supply salt, pepper, serviettes, paper towel, food wrap, dishwashing liquid, sponges, t towels, some cleaning products if needed, washing powder to use at on site laundry and toilet paper. There is also an iron and ironing board and clothes airer in the apartment.
No smoking inside the apartment.
There is a coin operated laundry facilities within the complex. Onsite BBQ facilities as well as beach, playground and BBQ facilities directly opposite apartment complex.
Linen:
- All beds supplied with linen and bath towels.
- You are required to supply your own beach towels
Guest Access
Self check in with a pin number I will send to you prior to your arrival. Pin number is changed after every booking.
Ground floor apartment with off street parking.
Other things to note:
Check in is strictly 3pm on wards as arriving early may result in the apartment not cleaned from the guest beforehand.
Check out is strictly 10am
If we go into lockdown because of Covid you may either change your booking dates or cancel your booking and I will issue a full refund back into your account.
I also have another property within the complex 321 @ Waves Phillip Island located on the third floor that can be rented together for larger family groups if available. As well as a house Hideaway by the sea located in Settlement Rd, Cowes walking distance to Red Rocks beach.
Apartment Security
For security reasons please keep the apartment locked at all times.
Theft and/or loss of guest’s property are the guest’s responsibility. The owner will take no responsibility for the guest’s personal property during or after the stay.
Guests
The number of guests must not exceed five people.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. You may smoke outside using the ashtray provided and the glass sliding door must be closed.
Party Policy
Parties and functions are strictly prohibited on the premises. In the event that a guest is identified as having a party I reserve the right to request the guests to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur the guest will be charged for the remaining nights accommodation.
Noise Curfew
Please be respectful of the neighbours. No loud music or noise after midnight Friday & Saturday. 10PM Sunday to Thursday.
- Please tidy up the apartment to the condition it was when you arrived.
- Please wash and dry any dirty dishes before you depart.
- Please make sure all heating/cooling and lights are turned off.
- Please take all rubbish and recyclables to the outside bins.
- Please lock all doors and close all windows.
